- 925 Sterling Silver memorial jewellery — Approximately 4 weeks from receipt of all inclusions and complete design details
- Standard solid gold memorial jewellery — Approximately 4 weeks from receipt of all inclusions and complete design details
- Special made-to-order solid gold — Approximately 8–10 weeks
- Engraved jewellery and keepsakes — Up to 10 days
- Pet nose-print impression jewellery — Around 10–15 days from receipt of completed impressions
- Fingerprint impression jewellery — Around 10–15 days from receipt of completed impressions
- Dried flowers — 2–4 weeks
- Fresh flowers — 4–6 weeks (UK only)
