Complete your purchase and I'll send you detailed instructions via email within 24 hours.

Step 3: Send Your Materials
You'll need just a small pinch of ashes (about 1/4 teaspoon), 5–10 strands of hair or fur, or a few flower petals. I'll provide my South Oxfordshire address and guidance on safe packaging. I handle all materials with the utmost care and respect.

Step 4: Handcrafting (1–6 Weeks)
I carefully encapsulate your keepsake in high-quality eco-friendly resin within your solid gold pendant, often adding opal flakes for extra beauty. Each piece is hand-finished and polished by me in my studio. For fresh flowers (UK only), please allow additional drying time.

Step 5: Delivery
Your solid gold pendant arrives in eco-friendly packaging with care instructions. Any remaining ashes or hair are returned to you. Please note that flowers are not returned.
