Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of certain products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Custom and personalised jewellery (including memorial pieces made with ashes, hair, or other sentimental materials) unless faulty.
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons), unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
