I’m Olja, and I make each keepsake with care for the people and pets you hold close. If your order includes ashes, hair, fur, flowers or personal impressions, please allow time for your inclusions and design details to reach me before I can begin making your piece.

These are recommended UK order/receipt dates, not guaranteed Christmas arrival dates. Making time and postal transit time are separate.

  • Ready-made pieces

    Order by 14 December 2026. Ready-made items dispatch within 5 working days. Personalisation can affect timing; see the listing for details.

  • Sterling silver with inclusions

    Your inclusions AND design details must be received by 23 November 2026. Allow approximately 4 weeks from receipt.

  • Made-to-order solid gold

    The Christmas deadline for solid gold pieces with a made-to-order sticker was 15 October 2026. Allow approximately 8–10 weeks from receipt.

    For solid gold without a made-to-order sticker: inclusions AND design details must be received by 23 November 2026. Allow approximately 4 weeks from receipt.

    Completed impressions must be received by 4 December 2026. Allow approximately 15 days from receipt; order your kit earlier to allow time to complete and return it.

For pieces requiring inclusions or design details, the dates above refer to receipt of your inclusions AND design details—not just the date you place your order. Please allow time for your parcel to reach me before making can begin.

Which inclusions can I send?

Suitability of ashes, human hair, pet hair and pet fur depends on the chosen product listing. Please check the listing for your design before ordering. Flower preservation orders that need drying require extra time; please contact me before ordering.
