At Lovely Oxford, we take great care in crafting and delivering your jewellery. Below are our shipping timelines and policies.

Processing & Dispatch Times

• Ready-made items: Dispatched within 5 working days, except during holidays (announcements will be posted on our website).
• Sterling silver made-to-order items: Dispatched within 2-4 weeks from the day we receive your inclusions (ashes, hair, fabric, etc.).
• Solid gold or fully custom pieces: These take up to 8 weeks to create and dispatch.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We ship all orders via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery:

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Estimated 1 working day delivery after dispatch
• Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Estimated 2-3 working days delivery after dispatch
• Royal Mail Special Delivery – Guaranteed next working day delivery after dispatch (recommended for high-value orders)

International shipping is available via Royal Mail International Tracked services. Delivery times vary based on location.

Customs & Import Fees (For International Orders)

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied in their country. We recommend checking your local regulations before placing an order.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

• We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services.
• If a parcel is lost, please contact us, and we will assist in filing a claim.
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you.
