A practical collection kit to help you prepare ashes, human hair, pet hair or pet fur inclusions for your memorial keepsake made by me, Olja.

Choose your kit

  • Standard collection kit — £6.50: a short preparation guide, a small inclusions pot, a small wooden spoon for transferring ashes, plastic bags and a short form to complete.
  • Collection kit with ring sizer — £8.50: everything in the standard kit, plus a ring sizer to help you check your size before ordering a memorial ring.

The inclusions pot may be aluminium or glass, depending on the batch. The current batch contains an aluminium pot. I use recycled plastic bags where possible.

What happens next?

Follow the enclosed guide, complete the short form and label your inclusions clearly before sending them to me. The guide explains what is needed for your chosen keepsake.

Return postage is not included. You will need to arrange and pay for posting your inclusions back to me.

This listing is for the collection kit only. Memorial jewellery is purchased separately. The ring-sizer option includes a sizing tool, not a finished jewellery ring.

  • Special made-to-order solid gold — Approximately 8–10 weeks
  • Engraved jewellery and keepsakes — Up to 10 days
  • Pet nose-print impression jewellery — Around 10–15 days from receipt of completed impressions
  • Fingerprint impression jewellery — Around 10–15 days from receipt of completed impressions
  • Dried flowers — 2–4 weeks
  • Fresh flowers — 4–6 weeks (UK only)
